Is this only for sites you built?

Yes, our hosting and maintenance packages are designed for websites built by Groundwork Digital on Next.js. We know the codebase, the hosting setup, and the configuration, which means we can maintain it properly.

What's the difference between maintenance and the Growth retainer?

Maintenance keeps your site hosted, healthy, and running - updates, uptime, backups, and small content changes. The Growth retainer actively grows your search visibility through SEO work, blog content, and keyword tracking. They serve different purposes and can run alongside each other.

What counts as a content update?

Text changes, image swaps, adding a new service to a page, updating contact details, or publishing a blog post. Anything that requires editing existing pages rather than building new ones.

What if I need more than the included hours?

Additional hours are available on request. We'll always let you know before doing work that goes beyond your plan.

Can I cancel?

This is a once-off annual fee rather than a recurring monthly charge. If you choose not to renew, the plan simply ends when the year is up, no cancellation process needed.

Do you monitor uptime automatically?

Yes. We use automated monitoring that alerts us immediately if your site goes down. We investigate and resolve the issue before contacting you with an update.
